About Us
Agourland is the result of combining two distinct yet complementary perspectives: a scientific and passionate view of nature and healthy food from Tara Kazemi, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources Engineering – Environment, and a Master’s degree in Urban Health and Agriculture, gained through valuable academic experiences abroad; and a managerial, forward-thinking approach from Mojtaba Atri, with a Bachelor’s in Business Management and an MBA.
For us, microgreens were never just a business choice — they grew out of years of passion for healthy eating and a search for sustainable, innovative farming methods. With her environmental background and advanced training, Tara combined her research and hands-on experience in urban agriculture. Alongside her, Mojtaba’s strategic management skills turned this shared dream into a sustainable business. Together, this synergy gave birth to Agourland.
In 2016, we registered SARZAMIN AGOUR FARTAK and became one of the first microgreen producers in Iran. By 2022, our work was officially recognized as a Creative Company. One year later, the brand name “SARZAMIN AGOUR” and the trademark Agour Microgreens were officially registered.
Today at Agourland, we use soil-based vertical farming to cultivate fresh, organic, and chemical-free microgreens. Our daily-harvested crops go directly to restaurants, chefs, and healthy food lovers who value freshness and quality.
